Walking shoes for stony terrain
The Women's Terrex Swift R3 from adidas Terrex are sturdy and protective walking shoes with a low ankle fit. They are particularly suitable for day hikes in stony terrain with light luggage. These shoes boast a firm sole construction with a coarse lug tread alongside a protective rock plate to defend you against protruding, sharp stones and loose scree.
Abrasion-resistant upper and a firm sole construction
The walking shoes feature a durable synthetic upper with welded reinforcements. In the midfoot area, Pro-Moderator technology provides stability and protection to relieve your feet on long hikes and prevent fatigue. Plus, the EVA foam midsole comfortably cushions your stride. The most striking feature, however, is the outsole, which is designed primarily for protection. Thanks to the use of Continental rubber, it is extremely durable and hard-wearing. With this sole, you can step onto sharp stones and pointed sticks without an issue. Last but not least, high-traction lugs ensure a solid grip on the ground.
