The ABS Vario Zip-On 30 zips onto all base units in the Vario series, giving you all sorts of options.The 30 litres are plenty for a day trip or longer, and there's an airbag system in the base unit for maximum safety. The Vario 30 is top-loading and comes complete with an inside valuables compartment and a lid pocket. Some essentials include the attachment points for snowshoes or a snowboard, skis and an ice axe. Avalanche equipment is stored in a separate compartment. Of course, it is hydration system compatible as well.With the Vario Zip-On 30 from ABS, the Vario BU is the perfect ski touring and freeriding pack for long tours.Note: a hydration system is not included. The Vario Zip On is only a zip-on attachment for ABS Vario backpacks.
